Siberian yellow pine

Easy to work, this wood is durable and therefore particularly suitable for outdoor constructions. Joints with nails and screws are resistant. Thanks to its characteristic knots, this wood is used to make rustic furniture, but it is also carved and xylographed to create ornaments and handicrafts, which are very common, especially in Val Gardena. Foundry models are also made from it.
